    Default schedule beginner

    I'm needing help trying to figure out where to even start and what to do. I'm beginning to eat healthier. Now I'm trying to figure out a routine. To start I'm 31yo 5'8 200lbs I am ok with my weight but not my body fat. My goal is to lose body fat and build muscle but don't want to be bulky. I'm having issues figuring out what routine to get into with my schedule. I work every other 7 days on the week I work I do 86 hours and am dead by the end of the day. I currently have a treadclimber to work with as well as some free weights. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.
