    May be go for cut ...cause as per your height you put on some weight so loss it and get in shape , So best luck to you.

    You aren't fat, just lacking muscle mass. Bulk, but do it smartly. Add muscle, eat well, don't get fat, and then when you've built a base of strength and muscle, drop your calories and show off what you've built.

    It doesnt matter!!

    There are upsides and down sides to both and everything in-between

    this is a good thing because you can do whatever the f you want or feel like in this case (not all cases)

    seriously the juries still out on whats best for this question

    a year ago everyone was eating 6 meals a day to lose weight now its 1 meal a day etc see what i mean

    you should probably add muscle. are you currently exercising? just start lifting and going hard and start seeing what happens
