    Default Is my max good.

    I am training to be at least a D-II college football athlete, I am a sophomore in highscool and been lifting for a little less than year. Today we maxed on powerclean and I powercleaned 215 @ 157 body weight. Is this a good max or no?

    Its a respectable CLEAN @ your weight,but BENCH Press is the Focal point. By senior year, Or before, If you can be BENCH 225 IS RESPECTABLE Any pluses are increasingly COMMENDABLE

    if he's power cleaning 215 i'm sure he can bench 225 easy
