Barbell Bent Over Row has to be the most essential upper and middle back exercise. However it is too often I as a personal trainer see this exercise not being done to its full potential.
If you implement these pro tips and adhere to proper form it will cause a much greater muscle activation then just bringing up your weight. You have to Train Smarter to just harder! Otherwise you will wear your body out with less then stellar results.
