    Deadlifts are one of the most essential exercises any lifter whether veteran or not needs to do (unless you have certain lower back issues which then i'd consult your physician before beginning your deadlifts). However It can be a daunting task to learn because this exercise is one of the most technical lifts out there.

    This tutorial will focus on a quick tutorial that will give you the basic overview to start learning a deadlift in the proper way and avoiding all possibility of injury!
