    Cool Which workout is suitable for this guy?

    Good day everyone,

    Im 25 yeards old guy, 100kg , 193cm.
    Was training in gym for 1y+ but after that had few months without training, and now ready to start again and get rid of belly and get a good endurance, thats why looking for good workout program.

    What exactly im looking and what is my targets :

    At the moment playing football 1-2x per week and started going to gym ~3x per week.
    Need an program for 3 days per week where I can workout all muscle groups, it could be like Monday - Arms/Shoulders
    Wednesday - Legs
    Saturday - Chest/ABS

    Main target is get rid of fat a bit, and gain some muscles and endurance is must have.

    Cardio will be included before and after ~15-20min, mostly running because planing to run half marathon in 6 months.

    I think you need to find a lifting program and do a lot of hit intensity cardio for your endurance. Running on the tredmill is convenient but I believe free running with be more beneficial for you and your goals. Stay strong bud!
