    To get big arms, you also need to eat 100,000 calories per day or else you’ll be a skinny ***** your whole life.

    In order to build arm muscles try these steps: Shoulder Press
    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Bend elbows, bringing hands to shoulders, palms facing forward.
    3. Press weights straight overhead, keeping shoulders down; lower weights back to shoulders.
    4. Do 20 reps.

    Hey AbhiManyu

    Most people think to build big arms you have to do tons of bicep curls and tricep pressdowns.

    WRONG

    Building big arms comes from heavy compound lifting.

    Focus on bench press, overhead press, HEAVY ROWS, pull ups, and deadlifts.

    Lift heavy 3x per week focusing on these lifts and your arms will explode
