To get big arms, you also need to eat 100,000 calories per day or else you’ll be a skinny ***** your whole life.

In order to build arm muscles try these steps: Shoulder Press
    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Bend elbows, bringing hands to shoulders, palms facing forward.
    3. Press weights straight overhead, keeping shoulders down; lower weights back to shoulders.
    4. Do 20 reps.

    Hey AbhiManyu

Most people think to build big arms you have to do tons of bicep curls and tricep pressdowns.

    WRONG

Building big arms comes from heavy compound lifting.

Focus on bench press, overhead press, HEAVY ROWS, pull ups, and deadlifts.

Lift heavy 3x per week focusing on these lifts and your arms will explode

    So this is happening...

Without direct biceps work, they won't grow anywhere close to their potential. Ask me how I know...

To build arm muscles, you need to target triceps and biceps. You need some exercises to help grow each of these muscles. Here are favorite exercises you can adapt.

    Biceps Brachii
It is located at the front part of the upper arm between shoulder and elbow. The muscles are essential if making curling motion.
Brachialis – use barbell and dumbbell to grow the curls. These are small muscles found in the lower portion of your arm and connects the bicep to the forearms. Use Reverse curls and Hammer curls to grow these muscles.
Brachioradialis –they are found on the outer portion of your forearm. They flex the arm at the elbow. You can use PalmDown barbell as well as wrist curls over the bench to target these muscles.

Yes, it is possible to build arm muscles without equipment. All you need to do is to learn the right exercises. Running or walking several kilometers a day targets the leg muscles. It will help your body to transform. Cardio helps to build the abs. If you are not a fan of running, you can try out squats. It is a progressive exercise that targets the muscles around your thighs. To get the best result, jump squat.
    Push-ups
They work for shoulders, chest, and triceps. You can do it on the ground which is better or against a wall.
Crunches- they toe your mid-section and develop your strength. Move the back up and down systematically. Ensure that you inhale and exhale as you control the movement.
    Walking lunges
They are the best if your goal is to build strong muscles. Take a giant step forward and bent at 90 degrees. Ensure that you keep the knees over the ankle and your shoulder over the hip. Repeat it several times.
Trice dips- it entails using the weight of the body to target your arm muscles. Lowering your butt puts pressure on triceps and if carefully done, it could help them develop.
