    Default ICF Routine and Hamstring

    I was squatting one day and I think I strained my hamstring. It was kinda sore for a few days and then no soreness. I can now air squat with no pain but it hurts when I squat 95Ibs. I want to hop on the ICF Routine but I can't really squat. I can deadlift but with some pain. Should someone alter the routine for me or should I find another routine?
