Default Kick starting my weight losd

Hi guys, ive been putting together a plan on how to kick off the weightloss phase of my plan to overhaul my body and i think ive decided to get it started with a combination of a VLCD shake for breakfast l, fruit for lunch VLCD shake for afternoon tea and a meaured and balanced meal for dinner, for example 100grams of chicken or pork in an egg white omelette with fresh vegetables. Has anyone else here tried a method like this and if so how did you find it? Looking forward to your feedback guys, cheers

Personally I don't think shakes are sustainable. I'd rather eat my calories than drink them. But the only way you'll know if it works for you is if you try it. Provided you're staying in a caloric deficit, it doesn't really matter what you do.

Yes, if you cut some calories, you will loose weight.

I was looking for a weight loss supplements which will be effecitve and no side effects at all. Finally I tried for a naturall method and worked superb for me. The method was fish oli supplements for weight loss. Now I am slim and smart and leading a happy conjugal life.

Three years back I was overweight. I never took any supplements for reducing my extra pounds. All I did was eat right, and workout religiously. I managed to lose those extra calories that I had put on. According to my experience, if you eat the right food with the right amount and follow your workout regime religiously, it can surely work.
