    Hello everyone, my name is Josh. I am from NY and I am 24yrs old. I am not new to lifting,sports,fitness, but I am not to familiarized with supplements, programs and diets. I am hoping to find some advice to help me reach my goals.

    "A: Chest, back, biceps

    B: Legs, triceps and shoulders

    train 3 days a week with one day resting between training, for example monday A, wednesday B, friday A, monday B, wednesday A, friday B"

    is it a good split?
