    Default 8 month huge plateau * need help* PRO ADVICE*

    im 27 year old male 6'2 and been working out for 9 years. came a long way..... long story short I have an injury on my l5-s1 disc herniation and I fell off since due to not being able to do all I can like I used too. I was I guess low macros and doing 5x 45 min cardio and damaged my metabolism few months back. something like 200 pro/180 carb/55 f. so I did keto for a few months where I did lose weight but that plagued once again and was giving me gastro issues so I hoped off back to average diet where then I gained back again. the person helping me told me to rest metabolism and eat at normal/surplus with light or no cardio to trick system. I keep gaining fat I was 225 a year ago now 255..... the thing is I do lift weight on a 3 day spilt. chest. back. arm days and put cardio on others. now I spoke to my coach and he said to eat 255 pro/190 carb/ 85 fat which is 2550 and do 2 cardio sessions 20 min each.... anyone agree with that macros and spilt. and if not is any of this true where the metabolism kept gaining. my cardio sessions suck due to poor limitations due to my disc. I can do bike and a little elliptical where I can push to hard on instensity and never really sweat on those. ANY IDEAS?


    I lost my whole shredded mass look and all. it really does suck
