Default Lose the fat and weight

Hi everyone I am 24 years old 5'9 at 196lbs.
I am looking to lose the fat around my mid section and not sacrifice strength. I know diet is key, my problem is I just always want to eat. Basically looking for a good recommend thermogenic or appetite suppressant, or if anyone has any other tricks to help resist cravings. I just started jym "shred" and will be waiting to see how it effects me in 2 weeks.
Also did a bf% machine at a local totalnutrition and read my bf% around 21%. Goal is to be 16% at 190lbs. Picture is post workout and flexed/tightened.

    Hey Josh,

Hope you're making progress with meeting your weight loss goals! One thing that I believe can really help to resist cravings is simply not keeping any snacks in your house. If you really want a snack, make yourself have to go, preferably by running or riding a bike, to the store and get it.

Also, one thing that I believe can really help is substituting running with jumping rope. Jumping rope has been proven to burn more calories than running when applied at the same intensity level and same amount of time! If you can do both, then even better.

Diet is the key and is not easy, but as an appetite suppressant you can try Chrome supplements.

I think you should focus on both exercises and balanced diets. Both of them will reduce your weight without sacrificing your strength.

    Hey Josh!

If you are looking to reduce hunger - my recommendation is to drink beef bone broth.

This is low calorie drink that absolutely fills you up!

If you are looking to reduce cravings - my recommendation is to fit some "dirty" foods into your macros.

Allow yourself to have some chocolate once a day (but track the calories).

This will give you something to look forward to. No need to break your diet if you know you got some chocolate coming up later!

    Hope this helps.

Any thermogenic will reduce appetite in the short term, but when you come off, the hunger and cravings are usually worse than ever, plus now you get amph withdrawal symptoms. Only thing to do is suck it up, prep your meals in advance, and train yourself to defeat your cravings.

Hey Josh, have you tried intermittent fasting? This is probably one of the easiest ways to diet for two reasons. One, it helps you get used to being hungry. If you are losing fat then its definitely something you are going to have to get used to, especially if you are used to bulking. Two, it allows you to eat bigger meals towards the end of the day to help you make it through the night without raiding the fridge in blind h-anger.
