    Default Triathlon beside GYM ;)

    Hi there, Alice here!

    I've started to train for Iron man 70.3 (140.6 next year according to my plan)

    Put Iron man aside, I've just decided to take GYM as a main strength training , focus more on upper body. Do you guys have any plan for only Upper body???? Help me!!!

    I also want to switch from Fitbit Flex to Garmin Forrunner 735 XT? anyone used it before?
