    Default Fat Burning Pre Workout

Can anyone advise if the fat burning pre-workout mixes are worth it. Iím struggling to knock off an extra few pounds but donít want to reduce calories as Iím already down to 2500.

Iíve been looking at C4 Ripped or or cobra Labs Curse

    Thanks, Kev

Cobra labs is a good supplement company, their fat burner "Ripper" is used a lot by people using my gym

Thanks, is it mainly CLA that is the difference? If so then I can take that with my regular Pre-workout

    Thanks

C4 ripped is basically just a creatine-less version of the original C4. Personally, I wouldn't go for it. I've tried both both before and they just don't do the job for me. I think it's best if you just get a fat burner. I'm currently using double tap by Redcon1. Three weeks into it and I'm liking it so far. It is an effective appetite suppressant and I also did notice that my body felt warmer and I sweat easily. If it could be of any help, you may want to check it out on SR https://supplementreviews.com/redcon1/double-tap - these reviews helped me make the decision.. it has become my habit to check reviews on that site first before making any supplement purchase since I have like really bad trust issues when it comes to supplements. I find it a total life (well more like money) saver, if you'd ask lol.

Thanks, Iíll take a look. I was thinking of going down the usually CLA, omega 369 & fatburner route but it starts getting pricey with everything

Oh, fat burning stack. Yeah once you start stacking, it gets pricey. I've never used CLA though. How was it for you? Most CLA I've checked before aren't dosed high enough for fat burning, but I could be wrong.. I never tried it, though I've read about dosing and other stuff on https://examine.com/supplements/conj...linoleic-acid/

The Ripper, Black Spider and Super HD are a couple to look into.

Thanks, black spider seems to be banned everywhere so I may end up getting the Ripper as there are good reviews
