    Hi, losing weight is easy, losing body fat whilst keeping every ounce of muscle is a different ball game, 1lb of fat loss per week is easily achievable following a good diet and exercise. Try to lose it too quick will cause a loss of muscle and lower the metabolism

    Losing body weight very quickly is not good for health. But here I give you some tips those might be helpful for you.
    Eat a high-protein breakfast.
    Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
    Drink water a half hour before meals.
    Choose weight loss-friendly foods.
    Eat high fiber food.
    Eat your food slowly.
    Get a good night's sleep, every night.

    How I wish this is easy. My weight lose journey is quite frustrating. I've lost but I also gained it back.

    Keto offers no benefit to isocaloric moderate carb diets. None. It’s still a system of calories in vs calories out.
    Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

    Personally, I experienced losing weight by focusing on two main things:
    1- Working out
    This could be achieved by following any training program and either working out at home or at the gym.

    2- Focusing on friendly foods
    Friendly foods are foods which increase metabolism rate and help you body burn fat as well as help you work out better.

    Just to point out- there are no foods that speed up metabolism to an appreciable degree or for a long enough time to advise them over any other food in the world, in hopes that they’re going to give you a metabolic boost somehow.
    Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

    My advice included the 3 steps together. Focusing on some foods that include high protein and some other enzymes that could help in building a fit body.

    And one of those steps- which you have repeated more than a few times- is incorrect broscience. Really, your points 2 and 3 are not very different and there exists no food or recipes that will make or help you burn fat.

    The best ways to lose weight is through dieting and exercise. The amount of exercise you need and the type of diet you need to follow depends on the amount of weight you want to lose.
