    Default Advice for chest workout

    hey , how do you girls train ur chest? i do a lot of exercises with huge weight. now im starting to see that its better to do only an upper part of the chest, because we have our boobs naturally and we donít need a lower part so badly.. idk , any ideas?

    I use the kitchen counter several times a day and stand back about 2-3 feet and with body rigid I start with hands and chest on the counter and do several pushups. Do this wearing a COMPRESSION BRA because of the extra power required as you deep breathe.
