Default Cant get Abs Ughhh! Haha

Hi everyone, I train every day whether its at the gym or Rugby training, plus Im a labourer for a flooring company in regards to work. I have, Imo (which can be wrong) not a lot of body fat and train abs regularly but cant get any hypertrophy it seems!! I dont eat a lot, maybe 1500- rarely 2000 calories a day but am guilty of not having set meal times due to work so will always skip breakfast and sometimes not eat till 4 in the afternoon, any help or general discourse would be rated!
P.S will post photos but dont know how to on iphone?

Hi, your question is a regular one that I get in my gym, The main reason is you are under eating, with your job and training (weights & Rugby) you would need enough calories to fuel your body at rest, plus the extra calories expended through your work and training, If you under eat you will not increase muscle or adequately fuel your rugby will will actually cause a muscle loss !!! Ending in a condition called "Skinny fat"
