    Default Advice on my 3 day twice a week split?

    Hello, can you guys double check to see if my 3 day split twice a week is effective?

    Currently, I am doing:

    Day 1: Chest and Triceps
    Day 2: Legs and Shoulders
    Day 3: Biceps and Back
    Rest or Abs + Cardio
    Repeat.

    Does this give adequate rest? And Should I look into switching to a full body routine, or is something like this suffice?

    So you are doing this for instance Monday thru Saturday with Sunday as an off day?? 1, 2, 3 and rinse repeat then taking one day off?

    Trying to get a better understanding.
