I read other posts about people trying to gain but my situation is different...I'm almost 32 and I keep losing weight without even trying. I'm 6'3 and today I only weighed 168lbs...I used to be 180lbs month an half ago. My thyroid has been checked multiple times no issues...I eat healthy and unhealthy, alot of calories and nothing. My workout, I don't run hardly at all anymore just to save what I got...I lift lightly, mostly dumbbells and push-ups since I'm too poor for a gym full of equipment. I drink a protein shake with whole milk alot...it's from MHP up your Mass. Any ideas? I'm a cop and I can't keep losing weight...looks pathetic and my stuff is getting loose... serious help please...not the your a dumb cop I get on other forums would be great...
