Hey,
So I'm pretty new to the fitness life, only 3 months in, and have seen some great results so far. I started at 78kg/172lb, and currently sitting on 65kg/143lb. My program has consisted of HIIT cardio on treadmill and weight lifting on a 5 day split.
I have managed to lose quite the body fat, as all of my clothes are now too wide for me. I feel like I should start focusing on building muslce, but I have a fear that if I start eating in a surplus I might just add back what I lost.
My diet since the beginning has consisted mininal carbs, minimal fat and a high amount of protein, mainly chicken breasts, tuna fish, peanuts and so. I am able to keep going with this eating, but will I be able to keep burning body fat while gaining muscle, because I still need to burn a few percents of body fat. Any constructive remark is welcome.
