    Coronary heart disease like Scarlet mentioned probably followed closely by diabetes I would guess.

    Yeah, you are right enough. Losing weight can minimize the risk of your heart attacks. Nowadays people are suffering a lot from this kind of issue. Anyways there are different ways avaialble now a days to lose weight. You can try for natural method or supplements. Both will help you to reach your goal. Recently I tried this method healthiest cereal for weight loss. Much effective and fit to the body easily.

    I like to use this kind of method again and again.

    You may not need to lose weight. Why do you think you do?

    If you’re overweight, then yes, you should do it.

    People who carry too much weight may develop various heart issues, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, their joints will hurt, organs may stop working properly, etc etc. They are at risk of not being able to move after some time, and eventually, dying early. Also various cancers are related to obesity.

    If someone’s obese, these are some serious things to consider.

    Extra weight causes a lot of pressure on your organs -, especially heart. It causes tons of deceases. I think it`s already a good motivation to lose weight.
    Plus you don`t look attractive at all...

    There are many advantages to losing weight but losing weight in a wrong way is not helpful. So if you are planning to lose weight then focus only on the workout.
