    Default Home workout help!

I have a pair of dumbbells and a pull up bar only. I'm quite skinny so I wish to gain more muscle. Can someone suggest a work out program that I can combine those stuffs with bodyweight exercises?

    Hi welcome to the forum

Ideally you could do with more dumbbells and barbell with free weights, normally there are people selling these everywhere, have a check on facebook or local adverts

Below is a home based dumbbell and barbell workout from this website

Only thing I would add to the above program is that dumbbell rows are great as well alongside the barbell version, otherwise looks solid.

Well you have good equipment that can help you to gain muscles. I would suggest you to make a proper schedule to achieve your goals.

Thank you for this. I'm gonna try this one. I don't have the equipments so might as well start with what I have, my body. Just a question though, I wanna know the number of times, minutes or repetitions is enough for a beginner? Thanks!
