    Default Youthful Body and Skin

There is no doubt that everyone is looking for the fountain of youth. People spends so much money on the “fountain of youth” by purchasing face creams, chemical peels, liposuction, cosmetic surgery, etc. The truth is that a truly effective way to not only look younger but to also perform younger is available for everyone who is willing to make the necessary sacrifices. These sacrifices include a lifestyle change specifically with exercise and nutrition. Just look at professional athletes. Regardless of their age whether it be twenty three or thirty seven they look almost identical especially in there skin and body tone. It is almost as if they have a glow. Mentally professional athletes are mentally sharp too due to all the quick decision making they are doing while playing the game. Eating numerous small high protein, high fiber and omega-3 complete meals while drinking plenty of water will give you a look far better that any type of make up. Compare a thirty five old athlete to a thirty five year old actor and you will notice the athlete’s healthier and younger look even though it is not the athlete’s goal to look young but rather perform young. On the other hand the actor is almost paid to look good at any cost. The catch is that the real “fountain of youth” is not easy to follow because it involves daily exercise and dieting. I will give you a brief example of how and what to eat in a particular day:

Breakfast: egg whites, high fiber bran cereal with blueberries and skim milk

Mid morning snack: tablespoon of all natural peanut butter

Lunch: grilled salmon with steamed vegetables

    Mid afternoon snack: unsalted almonds

Dinner: turkey breast with salad (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar), sugar-free gelatin or pudding

Try to drink a gallon of water per day.

Within a week your body and complexion will improve as well as your sleep quality and energy level. The results will happen that soon however the results that you really want such as the “six-pack” will take longer. Don’t worry about that right now because you will feel much better immediately after eating this way. More energy throughout the day will happen immediately. The more energy will allow you to simply get more out of your twenty four hour day. The increased energy and improved sleep quality is something that is often overlooked. Stress reduction is another important result when exercising. People today don’t seem to realize how much stress is affecting them yet let alone find a method to reduce their stress. So come on lets start with the program.
