    What exercises can i do to build muscle in my legs with just my own body and dumbells?

    Quadriceps: Lunges, Split Squats, Step Ups

    Hamstrings: Straight Leg Deadlift

    Calves: Single Leg Calf Raise, Single Leg Seated Calf Raise or Seated Calf Raise with dumbbells on thighs, Donkey Calf Raises

    yes, except for the calves exercises

    Your only going to be able to get limited gains with dumbells, apart from lunges, dumbell squats, and bodyweight squats there isnt much more
