    Default Help me!!

    I need some help, advice and hope to assist in losing a little weight and making my body and mind stronger.
    I am about to change my diet (Counseling needed) and I have a home gym and some other equipment.
    Since I currently do not work, I have absolutely no money, so I can not pay for time and advice of anyone. I know that everyone else is skint too so I hope that the satisfaction of changing my body and mind is enough for anyone who can help.

    Hi there. I will suggest you to have proper morning walk, have proper exercises and try to avoid fats and fast food.
