    Default Supplement help

Hey, I have a few questions. I am currently 138. I'm 28, I have been working out for the past 1 1/2 years. I can't gain any weight, I was wondering if any supplements, testosterone boosters or any legal steroid would work? Any help or recommendations would help.
    Thanks@

Nope. No supplements will create the calories you’re lacking. As simple as it sounds, you’re not eating enough. New muscle doesn’t just appear out of no where- it needs protein and calories to be created. Are you counting your calories and macros?
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

If Trying to add some size:

Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.

No Supplement replaces a lacking diet you simply need to eat more.

Aside from including more calories in your diet, you can also try blue star status a test booster. Best of luck to you!

A weight-gainer is only going to help if it actually gets you into a caloric surplus.

I find that crea helps with building muscles and gaining mass, as well. You may wanna check this one out by Platinum Labs - https://supplementreviews.com/platin...tials-creatine

    Pretty decent reviews too!
