    Any tips on improving my DL this was my second time doing it( I've been training 1t6months without DL's)

    Too much lumbar extension at the end. You want to be straight up and down at the end, not bent backwards.

    I need help too. My mid section is really fat. But everything I do workout, my face get skinny first. It's quite ugly when my cheeks gonna sink in.

    Fat loss happens all over the body, not just one place, but where you have the most fat the longer it will take for that fat to go
