So i have a question about ENDURANCE. I work in an Automotive shop 5 days a week and i have been trying to get some advice for what i can do to build some strength and endurance for when im lugging heavy tires and etc around the shop. I am hoping for some home workout suggestions or something not too intense so that i can still work efficiently throughout the day, but any advice would be appreciated. Im just looking to improve myself atm. Height 6ft. Weight 180lbs

I hear you. It is indeed mandatory that your body should have the energy you need to be able to move items around the shop. I think the solution lies in workouts. I would have suggested morning workouts but it may make you get exhausted before you get to work. It may make it difficult to work efficiently. So what option do you have? Ensure that you use the two days you are off duty to workout. Also, choose a day you think you won’t be too busy during the day and preserve at least 30 minutes of the morning for workouts.
