    I found red tea to be effective after a friend of mine suggested to it to me. Another to that have helped is apple cider vinegar but found red tea to have helped with weight loss too. Here is article: losebellyfat459470379.wordpress.com/2019/03/21/red-tea-more-effective-than-green-tea-2/

    I'm also looking for something that could shed fats with minimal effort. I've come across this tea that's claiming to help a person lose 2 pounds of body weight by drinking it once a week. Check it out.

    If you seriously want a product to help you lose weight, you can try orlistat. It essentially prevents fat molecules being absorbed by the digestive system, which in theory makes it easier to lose weight.

    It's important to emphasise that it is not a magic pill. You still need to address diet and lifestyle factors if you want to lose weight.

    I don't think such products make sense if you want long-term results. Nutrition is 80% of success, and 20% in sports. Watch how much you eat and what you eat, how active you are during the day. This will help.
