    Default Need to gain weight

    Hi there,

    I a newcomer here, excuse me in advance if you will feel confused about my English.
    I joined here to learn what are the proper way to gain weight. I tried all vitamins and weight gain food supplement for almost a year and I don't see any changes to my weight. SO I need your advice how to gain weight fast. I am tired of my body figured and I can't have the courage to go in the gym.

    Hi, ideally you should go to a gym to put some muscle on, plus you need a good diet, use the calculator below to give a guide to how many calories you need (approx) add approx 400 calories to the total given, then get the diet sorted, use nuts, seeds, avocado, red meats, eggs, full fat dairy products, oily fish, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, whole grain cereals/breads, and use virgin olive oil on the meals

    Well, i think you should have proper diet, do some exercises as well. But diet can give you some gain in weight.

    My advice is to see what your daily caloric intake is (there are calculators online for this) and add an additional 200 calories to the score. Strive to consume those amount each day and ideally from wholesome food sources.

    I also recommend you invest in digestive enzymes. Its one thing to eat lots of food but its another to actually absorb said food. A high quality digestive enzyme will make it easier to breakdown your meals and reduce sluggishness.
