Default Seeking advice on diet and workout routines!

I am currently new to posting on forums like this but I am seeking advice! I am a female who is looking to build lean muscle, but in a way where I am not too bulky. is there any advice you guys could give me on lifting/cardio exercises and what type of diet I should be on?

I would suggest looking into either hypertrophy or bodyweight workouts, they'll be longer workouts focused on light weights but high reps that will build leaner and more useful muscle as opposed to high weight, low rep workouts that are meant to bulk up. And in terms of diet, to keep from bulking up, try to keep your calorie intake close to what you're burning every day (there are quite a few ways to calculate this based on your height, weight, age, and average activity level online) otherwise you shouldn't have to be overly crazy about what you're eating, just try to focus on making the "healthier choices" like eating lean meats and good servings of fruits and veggies on a regular basis. Hope this helps, and good luck reaching your goals!

Females wont/dont get bulky from lifting weights, unless they take performance enhancing drugs

Truthfully diet and supplementation will contribute to a bulky look. Try to consume protein that is about 60-70% of your body weight and make sure to have most of your carbs around workout time.
