I used to travel a lot for work so I never really had a lot of time or a consistent gym to go to, but I have always been a scrawny guy and I wanted to build muscle. I originally though weightlifting would be my only way to gain some muscle mass. But for a while I decided to try doing a couple short but difficult workouts in my hotel rooms every day and after just a couple weeks, the guys I worked with were asking me how on earth my arms were getting bigger while we were out working so much. I was happy to share my workouts with them and I would love to share them with more people if anyone else is like I was, skinny and just wanting to feel more confident without the time to go to the gym!
