Default Taking it to the next level!

Been training for about 10 years or so and Iím now ready to take it to the next level. So what is the best guide to tailor macros and help with getting lean and maintaining? Would like the abs to come out!

Diet is pretty good eating 4-5 meals but itís not getting results I would like!

    Me currently..

Yes, I get the result so early. This diet plan helps you to build a body without any fat but one think remembers you have to continue your exercise with this diet. And for the measurement any standard size teacup is good.

Forget to say that, try to take the last meal after your gym.
It's very helpful for muscle build.

With regard to the cup of oatmeal one teacup seems like too much? And how do you prepare/eat/mix together?
