Default what is the best training? Metabolic or Weight training? or both?

    Hello,

I am just trying to figure out what the best type of working out plan is best for weight loss and muscle strength increase? I would love to hear peoples opinions and results they have seen with these different types of exercises so I know what would be best for me!

Hi, weight training, good diet with a slight calorie deficit, and some cardio is great for weight loss and sculpturing the body

I've done both. Weight training the majority of my life and metabolic the last 3 years. Weight training was great for "bulking up" and putting on size, but for my overall health, Metabolic the last 3 years has been amazing. I feel so much better and I'm down about 10 pounds. I still eat well, but I really cycle my workouts around no weight, high intensity training. It keeps my heart rate up and burns fat quickly. I never had a 6 pack but it didnt take long once I started these workouts. I highly suggest it.

If your looking for some exercise training direction, I use the body weight - beast program by Chris Wilson. The link is in my signature. It's been really good to me.

    Hope this helps!

    Few facts check
One pound of fat = 3500kcals
One pound of muscle = 700kcals
So if you wanna loose 1 pound weight in a week, consider creating a calorie deficit of about 500 a day
Exercises, well compound exercises for some real testosterone and HGH release int he bloodstream
