Default Best workout for muscle gain and weight loss?

I'm 6'0" and 230 lbs. I have been lifting on and off for about 4 or so years so I'm not a beginner. I'm looking for suggestions of the best kind of workout routine that will burn the most fat and add muscle and tone up. Open to all suggestions.

For losing weight you should try cardio section exercises:

    40-20 HIIT Circuit Workout - 10 Mins
Sprint On treadmills after taking a short break - Do atleast 4 to 5 Short Sprints.
Bicycling at 15 mph - 15 Minutes Workout
Rowing machine - 15 Minutes Workout

Also, try to avoid junk food and eat a balanced diet if you want to see results quickly.

What you need to do is control your diet and be consistent with your workout program. You said that you have been lifting on and off for about 4 years, you need to stick to your program and don't stop for periods of time. As you gain muscle you burn more fat so just keeping up with your workout routine will help you. I would recommend that you calculate how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight and then create a diet that supplies less calories than that amount. Buy doing this you will create a caloric deficiency which will cause weight loss. There are many caloric calculators you can find on google so just do a search and pick one. The weight you lose will be fat, not muscle.Another thing i would recommend is to not become a creature of habit. Change up your exercise routine from time to time to stimulate different muscle groups. When you do the same exercises all the time, your body gets used to it which means you will burn fewer calories than you did before with the same exercise.
