    Default Food guilt

Hi, so I知 currently on a basic diet, equals around 879 calories without snacks, been at work today, had two poached eggs plain wholemeal toast for breakfast. 150gram asparagus and chicken breast for lunch with two boiled eggs. Just ate a toblerone ice lolly 😭 threw just less than half away and I honestly feel so guilty?! I知 due a cheat meal tomorrow and I知 making a calzone and a rolo pie and now I知 unsure whether to even do it as I feel so guilty after this bloody ice lolly!! I weigh around 8stone 7.

Don't worry sometimes it happens. The good thing is that you have realised that you went off course. So it is easier to make right the mistake. If I were you, I would consider an extra day of workout and forget about the guilt. Notice that the guilt can stress you even further and make you eat even more.

A cheat meal is not a bad thing even bodybuilders are doing the same thing. Feeling guilty about that is not good at all. It is your negative emotions, be calm stay focus on your weight loss goal and forgets about cheat meal.
