    Default Workouts for pregnant females

Hello everyone! I am seeking advice on a good exercise routine for my pregnant sister in law! She loves to workout and is always looking for new exercise ideas while carrying the little one. She is 26 years old and is 5 months pregnant! what are some safe workout routines that you guys suggest for her to keep her self in good cardiac shape so it is an easier transition to get back to a heavy work out routine after she has the little guy? Any workout routine suggestion is great and I would love to hear new ideas so I can reference them for future family members! Thank you!!

At 5 months of pregnancy, your sister in law can still workout. The only difference is that the type of workout she should choose should not hurt the growing fetus. So here are the best exercise
Pool workouts- targets muscles, lower legs, hips, and buttocks
Walking workout – take a stroll around the field
Push and pulses- to strengthen abs and pelvic floors
Yoga exercises – practicing various yoga movements prepare the body for painless and short labor
