    Default 3 day split

    Hi All,

    This is literally my first ever post.

    I have been working out for a couple of years, but only recently got serious about it. I have been doing the B.U.F.F. dudes three-day split, but I am wondering if doing a split like this is really affective for mass. I am eating more, but worried that the amount I知 eating is more than what the workout supports, and thus l, I値l gain more fat than muscle. I understand when bulking you値l gain fat, but I want to keep it minimal.

    If I only have three days a week, should I do a workout like this, or would it be better to do a full body workout every other day?

    Buff Dudes are a blessing
    If youa re following their exercise plan then do follow their nutrition too. It would only work if you train and eat buff

    If you have only 3 days in week for workout. Then 3 day split workout is best choice for you. Your body is new to training so it won't need much stimulus, and doing too much will actually hinder growth because it will take too long to recover.

    3 day is great. I can't stand doing more than 4 a week as the time is tough to fit in but also is really tough on the body
