Hey guys, a little about what I do. I play rugby for my regional side and I have been bulking for about 3 years now to make a good size for playing as a "crash ball center". For the past few months I have been noticing swelling around joints after intense workout periods, which could be a result in the heavy contact nature of the sport. I also hit the gym around 3-4 times a week, especially when lifting heavy, I notice these pains after training. I was told cryotherapy would be the best thing to do after training? Thankfully I work for myself and earn good money, so I can certainly afford sessions, but I want to know what you guys think? If anyone has any experience with this, what do you think? what would you do? and if you have done this, can you share your experience?
