    Default Toning up advice

    Hey all, My name is Aidan and I'm pretty new to all of this. First things first, I am 6ft 4 and i started losing weight in March 2018 as I was way overweight (144 kg). Currently as of today I weigh 98kg but I still feel like I need to tone up but I have no idea where to start. (Gym isn't an option for me at the moment)

    I have a rowing machine and two 10kg dumbbells and a few other home gym items but I never know if its good enough or how long I should be doing certain things for. I still feel like my body fat % is around 24% so I definitely need to knock it down further. I really don't know where to start to get my body fat down below 20. Most of my fat is around my hips and stomach.

    Hi, If you look at the top of the page there are different parts of this website, under the headings of Workouts, Articles, Video's, Supplements, Nutrition, all of the information you need is contained under those headings.
