If your goal is to gain more muscles, first you need to consider exercising regularly. You must also eat more calories than the body is burning and more protein than what the body is able to break down. Now when it comes to supplements, there are at least 6 well-known supplements that will guarantee you maximum muscle gain. They include:
    1. Creatine- it is naturally produced by the body and provides energy to the tissue and muscles

    2. Protein Supplements- it is critical in helping the body gain more muscles. If you can consume more protein-rich foods, you may not need this supplement. If you don’t, using the supplement is a must if you want to put on muscles.
    3. Weight Gainers- the supplements help the muscles get more calories and bulk.
    4. Beta-Alanine- it is an amino acid whose work is to reduce fatigue the supplement enhances performance and increase muscle mass gain.
    5. Branched-Chain Amino Acids- the supplement contains the amino acid, isoleucine, and valine. They are popularly referred to as BCAAs. They are found in animal foods such as meat, eggs, fish, dairy, and poultry.
    6. HMB- they are referred to as beta-hydroxy beta-methyl butyrate. It helps to process amino acid and is responsible for reducing muscle protein breakdown.
