    Cool After Long break.

Long Story Short. I use to workout. 6:00 min miles. 35 pull ups. Bench My weight+ half. But I took a wrong turn. Drinking beer smoking cigarettes and now I'm sluggish and got more weight on me. I actually wanna use the extra weight to gain more muscle than from what I had before. (Where do I begin?) Thanks ahead of time (Note I eat pretty much anything right now, and I just do push ups.) (How do I build up my stamina n muscle after being involved with alcohol and smoking?)
