    Default Easily Injured Biceps

    I have a very frustrating situation. I have fairly undeveloped biceps, and when I try to start building them they tend to get easily injured. I donít have this problem with any other muscle groups. Everything else burns like it should, they frequently hurt. Any suggestions about how to safely build them without hurting them? I donít want to go to my grave with noodle arms!

    What do you mean by injured?
    Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.
