Hi. I'm interested in having an good overall conditioning: being strong, resistant (muscular endurance) and having a nice physique.
But I don't know and could not find how to manage these objectives.
I don't know if I have to mix all these things in the workouts, OR having for each workout just one objective OR having a "cycling" (week/month of strength, week/month of endurance ...)
Can you help me? Do you know a "protocol" for this objective? Posting some links for reference would be great!!
