I spent 2018 doing a classic weights routine ( routine A and B alternated) and gained ok results going 4 x days a week. However I never felt fit. I would look muscular but be out of breath running upstairs. So for 2019 i am deciding to try a more cross fit routine.
20 mins barbell complex
15 mins prowler routine
10 mins battle ropes (30 secs on 30 secs off)
10 mins core ie stomach
Overall around an hour in the gym.

Doing this routine 3 x days a week and 1 x day a week doing strength training ie deadlift. Push presses etc.

Hoping this routine will still get me muscular results but also make me fitter and leaner.

Any thoughts anyone.
