    Default home workouts for fat loss

    I am looking for workout routines for fat loss and build muscle, weight is 245. I have a bench press, pull down machine,flat- incline- decline bench, curl bench and most dumbbells, incline trainer. I am having a hard time finding workouts that i can use just these for. I am 43, used to workout a lot before but had more equipment. haven not lifted in bout 10 years so i have been just doing random light weights. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    are there any specific muscles you are having trouble targeting at home so we know what type of exercises to recommend? you can do a lot with the equipment you listed
