Hi all.

Just looking for some advice from people with more weight lifting experience, been visiting gym for past couple of years on and off. Got an injury training middle of last year which led me to pilling ona few extra pounds.

Currently doing 5 day splits

Chest
Back
Legs
Arms
Shoulders

And then back at lunch for 30mins cardio.

Currently overweight by a stone or 2 so trying to lose the weight whilst improving strength building muscle.

Considering 10,8,6,4 whilst increasing weight on on each set. Would that be beneficial to what I'm trying to achieve?
