I'm a, just turned 18, male 180 pounds and 6 foot. I just started workout for the first time at the start of August 2018 and working out 2 days every week until now. The thing is I started out with 35 on each side for bench and gradually went up in weight. My max now is 45 and 10 on each side. Is this good/bad and how can i improve? Thanks.
