So I've been deadlifting since about March last year when I started doing 275x4 at about 175lbs BW. Now I'm at about 188lbs and have been stuck at 340 x3 for a while. Can probably pull it 5x but for not over trainings sake I stick to 3 reps currently for my top set. I only use a belt on this set. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to get passed this plateau, I'm on a hybrid performance method deadlift protocol program I got for free online as a sample. Working very well up until this weight for 3 reps which I've been stuck on for probably 2 months or so
